Responsible for content (§18 (2) MStV)

Claus Lindemann (address as above).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws (§7 (1) DDG). Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances suggesting illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; any liability in this respect is only possible from the moment a concrete legal violation becomes known. If we become aware of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties whose content we cannot control. We assume no liability for the content of linked external sites. The respective provider or operator of the linked sites is always responsible for their content. Linked sites were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; illegal content was not recognisable at that time. A permanent monitoring of the content of linked sites is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. Upon becoming aware of legal violations we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright

Content and works on this site are subject to German copyright law unless stated otherwise. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of utilisation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Public-sector content used here is freely usable under §5 UrhG with attribution; reused indicator values carry their original licence (Eurostat: CC-BY 4.0; RSF: CC-BY-SA 4.0; ILGA-Europe: CC-BY 4.0; etc.) — see the methodology page.

Transparency notice (warrant canary)

As of 5 May 2026, vamosa.eu has not received any government order requiring us to preserve user data we wouldn't otherwise hold, hand over information about specific users, or weaken our security. This statement is re-dated each month. If this section disappears or fails to update on time, treat it as a signal.

A warrant canary is not a foolproof tool — gag-order regimes differ between jurisdictions. We commit to handling any such order in line with our values and to challenging over-broad orders through legal means.
